YOUR BRAIN DESERVES RECOVERY, TOO.

TRAIN YOUR BRAIN. UNDERSTAND YOUR STRESS RESPONSE. MAKE SPACE TO RESET.

Introducing Mind Lab + Brain Spa, an integrated approach to brain wellness combining assessment, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and restorative experiences.

MIND LAB + BRAIN SPA

Stress, focus, mental fatigue, and recovery are all important parts of how we feel and function. At SportsIQ, we bring together assessment tools, guided training, and restorative wellness experiences to help you better understand your body's responses and explore ways to support regulation and performance.

There isn't one starting point for everyone. We often recommend beginning with Stress Assessment + Biofeedback, but you can also begin with Brain Mapping or book a standalone Brain Spa session.

PHASE 1 · RECOMMENDED START

UNDERSTAND YOUR STRESS RESPONSE.

Initial Stress Assessment + Biofeedback · $250 / 60 minutes

Establish a baseline using physiological indicators such as heart rate variability, breathing patterns, and muscle tension. Your results provide insight into how your body responds to stress and help guide your next steps.

Ideal for: Stress, burnout, nervous system regulation, sleep, recovery, and building stress resilience.

Continue with Biofeedback + Brain Spa · $150 / 90 minutes

Practice regulating your body's stress response through guided biofeedback, followed by Brain Spa's restorative light, sound, magnetic, and microcurrent stimulation.

Recommended: four sessions across a two-week phase.

Track your progress: Comparative Stress Assessment · $250 / 60 minutes

Measure your progress. Understand what's changed.

Follow-up after the initial Stress Assessment and four biofeedback training sessions.

PHASE 2 · DEEPER INSIGHT

EXPLORE YOUR BRAIN ACTIVITY.

Initial Brain Mapping Assessment · $550 / 60 minutes

Using advanced neurotechnology, Brain Mapping measures brainwave activity to provide insight into patterns related to focus, cognitive performance, stress, sleep, and recovery. The results help inform a personalized approach to brain training and regulation.

Ideal for: Focus and cognitive performance, stress and nervous system regulation, sleep and recovery, brain health and performance, mental clarity and resilience, establishing a baseline and tracking changes over time.

Continue with Neurofeedback + Brain Spa · $250 / 90 minutes

Combine personalized neurofeedback with Brain Spa's restorative experience. Neurofeedback provides real-time feedback during brain training, followed by Brain Spa to support relaxation and recovery.

Recommended: 8–12 sessions.

Track your progress: Comparative Brain Map Analysis · $500 / 60 minutes

Measure the changes. Understand your progress. A follow-up Brain Map designed to compare your current brainwave activity with your original baseline. Your results provide a side by-side view of measurable changes following your neurofeedback training and help inform the next phase of your brain health and performance plan.

OPTIMIZE

— the practitioner behind brain mapping at SportsIQ, and founder of Edgeneurofitness

Rebecca Bassham is a highly accomplished health educator and psychophysiology specialist with over 30 years of experience in health and wellness. Her professional journey began as a medical imaging specialist, where she studied the brain from the inside out. This foundation sparked her commitment to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through mind-body awareness and evidence-based approaches.

“For years, I've worked with people whose brains and nervous systems have been affected by concussion and repetitive head impacts — including hundreds of former professional football players.

One thing I want people to understand: recovery isn't only about symptoms. It's about function.

How are you sleeping? How well can you focus? Can your nervous system settle? How are you handling stress? How quickly do you mentally fatigue? Do you still feel like you?

These are some of the questions that guide the work I do — using qEEG, psychophysiological assessment, HRV biofeedback, neurofeedback, and other brain-and nervous-system-based approaches.”
